WIKO Super Glue Activator is applied in case of suboptimal environmental conditions, thick adhesive layers as well as inactive materials. Additionally, WIKO Super Glue Activator is used to cure unintentionally leaked adhesive.

Applications Areas
The application of WIKO Activator spray becomes necessary at suboptimal environmental conditions (e.g. dry air, cold). The curing of the adhesive is considerably increased. The product is especially recommended for high adhesive layer thicknesses, for bonding inactive materials (does not replace priming) and disadvantageous  working conditions.    
     
The recommended processing temperature is between +10°C up to + 30°C. Shake the can shortly before the application.  WIKO Activator spray can be used in two different ways. 
Before the adhesion: Apply the spray one-sided and let it evaporate. Apply WIKO Super Glue onto the surface that was not sprayed with activator. Afterwards, quickly assemble the parts and let the adhesive cure. 
After the adhesion: Spray the adhesive and let it cure. In order to achieve a smooth surface, a sufficient spray distance of approx. 30 cm has to be maintained. 
Before use, compatibility tests should be performed.
