WIKO MS Polymer – Bonding and Sealing is a one-component, elastic, moisture-curing adhesive and sealant based on MS polymer. The product is applied to bond most diverse materials, to seal welds, overlaps. WIKO MS Polymer – Bonding and Sealing is set to medium viscosity and soft elasticity.

Advantages:
High temperature resistance; therefore, powder coating processes are possible to a limited extent. Industrial and manual vehicle and bodywork construction, ventilation engineering, air conditioning, electrical engineering, apparatus engineering, metal working, sheet metal forming, plastics engineering and environmental protection. Sealing of welds, overlaps and cracks. Elastic adhesions of ledges, profiles, sheet metals, etc. Suited for quick sealing, immediately before applying paintwork.
Instruction of use: Clean surfaces completely of grease, dust and dirt (use of WIKO METAL CLEANER / WIKO PLASTIC CLEANER). Good bonding can be reached on a high number of varnishing systems, metals, glass, mirror, ceramic and on several plastics. Please consider our list of pretreatment possibilities listed in the WIKO – catalogue for potential pre-treatment. According to the high number of different undergrounds, bond tests should be performed beforehand.
Apply the material with a proper dispensing system and use it within the skin formation time. The amount of used material should be adapted to the max. strength and movement of the gaps. A fixing of the bonding until curing is recommended. The curing depends on the thickness, the temperature and humidity.
